Supporting & Guiding: People To 'See The Wood For The Trees'

Planning With Company Simplifies Any Journey

A Personalized Helping Hand:

We provide customized help and guidance to individuals in teams (from various walks of life); that is based upon your objectives, requirements, and restrictions.

We help people to see how to reach their objectives and goals together, in a sustainable fashion which respects the systems that support us (e.g., teams, businesses, society, and environment).

Our support is founded on the Sapient Method which guides the building of 'comprehensive' understanding which shows us how to: determine objectives, see the optimal route to objectives, avoid problems on the road to achievements, optimize the design of systems (e.g., health), and maintain optimal system functioning and sustainability for success.

Our guidance employs the Socratic Method, which is designed to guide the process of: asking questions, answering questions, collecting information, summarizing information, accruing knowledge, building understanding from knowledge, visualizing and validating understanding, and effectively using understating.

We provide support through three broad categories of service:

  • - personal one on one consulting, directed at resolving specific tasks or elements of projects,

  • - customized workshops which focus on designing, optimizing, monitoring, or completing specific projects (i.e., typically short-term),

  • - customized courses that focus on complex projects or the mastery of the Sapient Method with its complete range of intellectual tools and exercises.

Direct Assistance Helps Us On A Single Journey

Directly Assisting You On The Way To Success:

The Sapient Method is an active guiding way for people to see how to reach objectives and solve problems on the way, while seeing and respecting their environment as a whole.

The method uses exercises and examples for people to learn and experience how to meet their goals, and the method can be used to directly address learners specific objectives and problems as exercises throughout the method.

However, all though the method will be learned through employing learners specific objectives and challenges, not all of the available intellectual tools and exercises of the method may be necessary or covered to reach individual specific objectives.

Directly addressing learners objectives, projects, and challenges through the Sapient Method can be useful in certain circumstances.

For example: where resources are very limited, challenges are acute and/or straightforward, or there is sufficient instability within a system that the system must be stabilized before it can be optimized (i.e., a project is close to failure and so action is required to bring things back in order, before resolving the cause of the issues).

It may not also be possible to complete specific projects or fully resolve learners challenges, if all of the individuals who are directly or indirectly associated within the project are not available to contribute to the assembly of 'comprehensive' understanding and the identification of the optimal path to success.

The direct approach can be productive, and efficient, especially in the case of straightforward acute challenges. However, learners may not experience and master the full arsenal of tools (through the method) to become self-sufficient the confidently address of their future objectives.

Education & Planning Helps Us To Many Destinations

Indirectly Assisting You On The Way To Success:

The longer approach to studying the Sapient Method is by directly study the method, with its full array of tools, and employing a wide and varied array of examples and challenges.

This approach allows learners to become self-sufficient at the process of: studying and learning any subject, designing any project, understanding and optimizing any system, etc.

Mastery of the full method, intellectual tools, and exercises can be completed in about 60 to 100 hours, which are ideally split into multiple 2 - 4 hour sessions.

Multiple sessions can be run on a single day. However, the coverage and workload can become a little intense and it is possible that retention of skills may be impaired through too aggressive a learning schedule.

However, the full course to master the Sapient Method can readily be customized to meet individuals and teams needs and restrictions.
